This Week

Ladies, I sure hope you enjoyed my friend Rene stepping in to teach this last week. I know that you had a wonderful time with her finishing up chapter 1. Can you believe it? We made it!

This week we will be in Chapter 2 verses 1-11. They are challenging verses. I am praying you will each make time to reflect on these verses and ask the Holy Spirit to examine your heart. I have found myself asking...Am I selfishly acting sometimes instead of with pure motives? Am I looking out for others interest or just mine or my family's? What does it mean to be a bondservant of Christ? Do I humble myself to just do as God says. Do I humble myself to obey God in all things? Oh my, how I need the grace of God! I am so thankful for these verses and how the Lord is still seeking to transform me. I pray that you allow Him to transform you as well this week. I am praying over you all and can't wait to be with you all again on Wednesday!

This Week

I forgot to mention that my husband is off next week so we are planning on taking some family time. I will not be at Journey next week. I have sent a message to Rene Oly to see if she might be able to sub teach for me, but have not heard back yet...would any of you feel bold and brave enough to teach this coming week? It will be Philipiians 1:21-30. I would love for yall to meet and discuss the scripture and pray for one another even if I am unable to lead you. I will miss you so. You are so dear to my heart. I will be praying for you all this week. Let me know as the Lord directs you.
